Description
· Magnetostrictive liquid level transmitter is an innovative technology product with high precision and high reliability.
Because of magnetostrictive technology determines the measurement process is not affected by temperature, pressure, the influence of factors such as dielectric constant changes, and the advantages of high precision, high stability, free maintenance, replacement and supplement the electric buoy, differential pressure transmitter, radar, and other liquid level product defects in field application. It is widely used in high precision detection of liquid level and interface.
· Magnetostrictive boundary transmitter is composed of measuring tube, float and electronic transmitter. The outer tube of the measuring tube is stainless steel protective tube, and the inner tube is magnetostrictive line. The float rises or falls along the measuring tube along the liquid level, and a permanent magnet is installed in the float and a magnetic field is formed around it. The electronic transmitter periodically sends out a current pulse, called the initial pulse, which travels down the magnetostrictive line and generates a magnetic field around it as it moves down. When two magnetic fields meet, a torque is generated, acting on the magnetostrictive line and forming a return pulse. The pulse propagates upward at a fixed speed and is received by an electronic transmitter. The height of the liquid level can be accurately measured by measuring the time interval between the initial pulse and the return pulse.
