8100 pneumatic valve positioner design and work according to the principle of torque balance
1) leveraged locator works:
When the torque motor coil accept input current signal to the reed as a fulcrum for the armature rotates clockwise, then baffle near the nozzle, pressure nozzle back pressure chamber rises, the diaphragm assembly to promote pilot valves, air pressure, that is an output pressure into the actuator chamber, the push rod displacement, and transmitted to the lever, feedback and adjustment board member, and then produced by the feedback spring force on the armature. When the feedback spring torque and torque generated by the motor torque generated by the balance, putting the actuator that is held in a certain position, and thus the input current signal and the valve stroke corresponding contrast between form.
2) Cam locator works:
